Netlist Updates Status of Evidentiary Hearing in the Investigation of SK hynix at the United States International Trade Commission

IRVINE, Calif., March 14, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- Netlist, Inc. (OTCQX: NLST) announced today that the Chief Administrative Law Judge (CALJ) of the United States International Trade Commission (ITC) temporarily suspended the evidentiary hearing of the investigation into SK hynix due to reasons unrelated to any dispute between the parties.  The hearing was slated to begin on March 11 and conclude on March 18, 2019.  However, the parties only completed a partial day of testimony before the hearing was suspended.  The ITC will schedule a date for continuation of the evidentiary hearing in the near future, and the rescheduled hearing will likely be completed within the next 60 days.
